Information we collect

When you request availability, we collect your name, email address, phone number, wedding date, wedding location, and selected package when provided. We also record the page used to contact us and campaign information present in its URL, such as UTM parameters and a Google click identifier (gclid).

Our hosting, security, video and measurement providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and interactions with the website.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, check availability, discuss our wedding videography services, and manage related correspondence. We use technical information to operate the website, deliver videos, prevent abuse, understand website use, and measure the performance of our advertising.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, provides Turnstile verification, stores inquiries in D1, and processes notification emails sent to our team. Google Workspace processes our business email. Bunny.net delivers wedding videos.

Google Tag Manager manages our currently enabled Google Ads and Google Analytics tags. These services may process browsing, campaign and conversion information. A confirmed inquiry triggers a conversion event containing the form identifier, page path and inquiry identifier; the website event does not include your name, email, phone number, wedding date or location. Provider configuration can affect other information collected.

Retention and requests

We currently retain inquiry records and related email correspondence without a fixed expiration period or automatic deletion schedule. Contact hello@sevenmoonsfilms.com to ask about your information or request deletion. We will assess and respond to requests, including any applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Providers may apply separate retention settings to technical and measurement data. Contact us with questions about the information associated with your visit.

Cookies and measurement choices

Google Ads and Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement and advertising. Turnstile and infrastructure providers process information needed for security and service delivery. Actual provider cookies and durations depend on the features and settings in use.

You can disable optional measurement on this browser using the controls below. Your preference is stored locally and applied after the page reloads. This stops the website from loading Google Tag Manager on subsequent page loads in this browser; it does not remove information already sent or automatically delete provider cookies. You can also manage cookies through your browser. A Global Privacy Control signal disables optional measurement.

Future services and changes

Meta Pixel is not currently used on this website. If we introduce it or another service that changes how personal information is processed, we will update this notice and any applicable controls before enabling it.

Google Search Console may be used to understand search visibility and verify ownership. It is distinct from the Google Ads and Analytics visitor tags.
